Read Between the Lines…
Right, you hire a lawyer for all of that stuff. You are told they will handle it. Everything should be taken care of, between your Realtor and your Real Estate Attorney, you are covered. No need for added worry, you have paid professionals on your side.
Do you get my drift? Are you reading between the lines yet?
Let’s just say, a) my realtor ROCKED and b) I had to take on way more than I bargained for.
PS- Like, why did we leave $10k in escrow for our buyers because we rented back for a few days? The sellers who we bought from only had a $5k escrow hold. PPS- All of my friends only had $5k in escrow too. Way for reading all the lines. Next time, there better not be a “next time” in the foreseeable future, but, if there is, I am reading all the things, all the lines!
