Split Decision, what a way to make a decision! Remember when I said the real estate market was whacky these days? Well, believe me, it is! Have you tried purchasing a home in this real estate market lately?

Imagine having to make this huge decision on where you are going to live, which house you are going to settle down in and make memories in. The house where you are daydreaming about decorating the Christmas tree or taking the kids and the dog for walks around the neighborhood. How are you supposed to make that decision after only seeing the house for half an hour?

Half an hour! No time to think! No time to go back for a second look because 10 other people are placing offers on the same home you are dreaming of Christmas trees and walks around the neighborhood.

So what do you do? You have to go with your gut. You have to have a little faith. You have to think fast and you gotta make a “split decision”!
